like i said the other day to you on mqc forums i can get food and booze and what not from work at 10% so we could convoy to my work and grab some trolleys lol and fill them up do u know where kings heath is G.D???

Yep I work for ADT, they used to have an office on the high street, did my training there. It's about 30mins from me allowing for traffic.

well why dont we properly organise it-share the load so to say
i have a stove and kettle so i could bring that,we all bring a little bottle of water each,and little bit of bitty food to share. hows that sound? that way its not all on one person

Convoy to powerslaves 10% place sounds good to me for booze, perhaps if we all put say £20 in a pot we could buy enough booze for everyone for the whole weekend? Just a suggestion. Maybe do it on the way into IMM just after meeting at 'star city' is it?

Wind breaks sounds like a good idea - but I may have something even better. Give me a few days to hatch my evil plan.... hehehe.

Glad we can park by the tents, makes life a whole lot safer.

Will get a 3m x 3m marquee and sign write it up for the stand, and then get another for the camping if you all like.

yeh i think we should put a kitty of money but maby not just for booze we could by th food and drink with it maby so like gotta says it saves us room in th minis having to bring it and that way we only bring essential items lol

well i work at iceland in kings heath g.d but my discunt is valid at any iceland so we only have to find one on the way there lol. saves us going past longbridge to get to my store to come back again. but its upto you lot theres secure parking round the back off mine and im not sure what parking is like at the other stores lol. weve got plenty on time to plan so if we can get some order we will have a great weekend

I'm waiting on advice as to how many of our cars we can display and a few other bits and bobs. So, hold fire on display arrangements until I can come back with the relevant info. No point gearing up for it and then having to change everything.
