Two weeks time should be fine, providing somebody passes his MOT for me without too much hassle. Just need to know where you're actually going, Pretz. That way we can rendezvous somewhere close at hand!

We need to muster some beans between us for a gazebo & table... priced it up @ £65 with a little help from Mr Argos Book.

Things we need:
TShirts
Car Flags
Leaflets/Business Cards
Banners
and (if poss.) one MASSIVE flag for our display

as for tent or gazebo how bigs it got to be light mesurement wise as im going booty hunting this weekend so ill keep an eye out

I was sizing up a 2.7m x 2.7m one, which would be big enough to put a small camping table in for some of our display stuff or to hide under should the weather decide to go all British on us and persist it down

so tell me then what is imm is it just a field? are we displaying in a field?
i could see if i can get hold of one of those 2.7m by 7m type one thats big enough for cars and people lol
that way we can do it up like a party room or watever theme we go for

IMM's in Cofton Park, opposite the Longbridge Works site. It's a VERY large park - so yes, ostensibly it's a field. *Grins*

Being sensible now. We need a Quant-esque 50 theme. Not sure on the striping the gazebo though... black and white bunting around our little patch might be a better bet. Going to need some metal poles too, to wrap it around/make a fence of sorts... Off to HomeBase I go tomorrow then

Monty's quite happy to bring his Designer memorabilia...along with his shiny new trophy from Cannon Hill He may even have a 'bottom' for the occassion too...as I'm in process of getting a matching trailer for him/our stuff.

How about black, white and gold stand colours? Black and white us/cars for the Designer/Quant theme... gold decorations/balloons etc for the 50th anniversary theme? Best of both aspects covered.

i really think aswell as showing we should sell something but i cant think of what to sell
hang on were doing a 50's theme? thought it was 60's?

And no, I didn't mean a 1950's theme stand, I mean 50th Anniversary stuff to celebrate the Mini's golden anniversary along with the rest of IMM We can still have our own personal theme, just incorporate 50 gold balloons etc...
