hi guys had a call tonight from the paper there are defo another three minis that are coming that are not on the forum and i have spoken to the girl whos mini is on the spotted section of this site and she is trying to get the afternoon off work to come. this could be a good turn out. better get plucking ome more stickers...

hey, im up for a drve out. my minis no where near road worthy but ive got a 2.5 V6 galant that wants a run out. When is it? Devils bridge is only 10 mins from me.

Am I right in thinking that the list is cars (that's 19 so far) and three more as well.

There also seems to be confusion over where we are going.

I think the route ends at RIBBLE HEAD VIADUCT. Hence the title Ribble run.

Maybe start an new thread for next one.

Il be driving from Manchester up to Clitheroe, doesnt take too long really.

sorry i meant to say i wont be travelling from manchester in the morning - my dad lives there and i was thinking of going to visit him afterwards if it wasnt too far away i live in cumbria though so will be travelling in the opposite direction to you to meet up

thats right we are stopping at ribble head viaduct but i am going to come back via devils bridge as the a65 is the way home for quite a few of us...

however i feel that if enough of you like the run up as much as i think you are going to then we may want to run back the same way. we will judge it when we get there its a great road from settle to ribble head. you guys are going to love it....

Would love to add to the numbers at Devils Bridge if that's OK with everyone, my partner (Sarah) and I (Shaun) will arrive in a mini called ben (bought it recently with a number plate 'A 8EN F'), all we need to know is what time you all intend being there?

Do we need to bring anything?

Hi Shaun and Sarah, We're heading to ribble head viaduct this weekend. I think we are considering going past devils bridge on the way back as quite a few of us live that way. i think there's a map somewhere *dashes off to find a map*

We will more than likely be there, thinking of meeting the convoy around the Cleatop point, if there's anywhere to meet there (although that depends on minigirl's plans).

What sort of time would you expect to get to Cleatop?

We are leaving for Carlisle now and will meet with 'minigirl' in the morning, we haven't decided wether we will make it all the way the Clitheroe of at some point on the route, would someone with a clue please call me and let me know what options we have as we are now without internet access.

Just to bump this topic, i very much look forward to tomorrow for the run and meeting you all and also to add, Oldham and District Mini Club are doing a run through the lights at Blackpool in the evening (about 7ish) i will be heading off over there to meet up with the rest of the club members on the way back from the run, any of you are welcome to come and join us if you wish too.
