If I've got into a particularly deep sleep (very rare occurence)... I'll wake up and for some bizarre reason, think it's Christmas. *Scratches head* Doesn't matter what date it really is, it's December 25th as far as I'm concerned.

Oh G.D. I love that!! Are you always disappointed or relieved when you find out it's not?

Edit: Why does writing "good" automatically be "corrected" to "good"? :proud:

Edit #2: It happened again! I can't write good...

I dont know why but i cant help myself from counting steps almost every time i go up a set of stairs (i never do it when im walking down them)
especially in my house and work even tho i know how many there are whats that all about?.Odd ball

LOL I do that too :proud:
This straightening thing mentioned is also a thing I do too. Like at work, I get a chisel out or something, use it and then put it back parallel to the edge of the bench, same with everything else, like books all have to be the same when they are stacked!

I count stairs too!

On the odd occasion I've found myself literally counting every step I make as I walk around, it's really frustrating and almost impossible to take my mind off it :proud:

however during the night I'd managed to take both my pillows and turn my doona around so I was perfectly set up at the OTHER end of the bed.

this is completely random but my aunt from Australia came to the visit us this year and one of the running jokes the whole time was the use of "doona" instead of duvet, along with other Australian-isms...

...anyway back on topic

i also have the "touch wood thing" where if i use the phrase i then HAVE to touch wood even though it may mean dropping what ever i am doing for a few minutes.

I clean quite a lot, I really like cleaning up. Not my room though but wiping down the kitchen getting it all clean and tidy, cleaning bathrooms etc. I clean peoples desks at work.

I also have hiccups AT LEAST once a day, without fail. Normally if someone says ''shutup rachel'' or ''Rachel you have hiccups'' they stop! ;D

I also have to check 10000 times that Ive switched my straightners off if Ive used them/ locked the door/ car boot is shut properly/ locked the car etc!

I will lose my keys at least once a day. I really am that bad, it scares me!

Jammy is weird. That is all. Ha, just kidding, he is weird when it comes to folding his clothes, if I do it, its all wrong for him, he has to do it in his own speshul way!  Now thats OCD folding!

Also, this might be really weird but I found someone else that does it to. If I cant sleep one night, I sleep the other end of the bed (like upside down) Havent done that in ages though but it seems to get me to sleep!

I also have a habbit of not looking when im texting so funny things are written. Today I sent a text that said ''Im home now, x x x x wussing'' because I pressed x's too many times and that was in my predictive for some reason. :proud:

Im weird

YEAH !!! or i just turn the pillows over so there colder hehe, sometimes i forget ive got headphones on connected to my computer, and nearly rip my head of :D , Music helps me sleep though lol

I forgot a habit I had for about 2 years.

Back before predictive texting, when I use to text a lot I used to sound out the key presses for the words as it would help me type faster. Then I started noticing I couldn't go past a billboard or a shop sign, or anything written down without "texting" it in my head.

So an advert for Orange, I would go past and in my head I'd be thinking M-N-O, P-Q-R, A, M-N, G, D-E.

I tried to stop looking at adverts and signs but it didn't help. Predictive text finally weaned me off though, thankfully!

Naah... it freaks me out for a moment or two, but then I shake off the old temporal anomaly and return to the real world.

according to my mates parents when he first moved into his new house he got up in the middle of the night, walked down the stairs and sat in the corner of the living room tearing a newspaper into thin strips. :P
he had his eyes open but he wasnt awake he was basically unconscious
then a little while ago when i was sleeping round his, i was just dozing off on the floor and he sat bolt upright in bed and glared at me,
i sort of looked at him and said what and he muttered "dum de dum de dum" and went back to sleep. scared the banana out of me :P

im very weird i have exma ( i know thats not how you spell it but i honestly cant remember and im getting tired! lol)

anyways every night i have to sleep with my window wide open and my fan on no mater what the weather outside i have woken up before and found the glass of water next to my bed to have a layer of ice on the top.

i have no idea wether this is to stop me from iching all the time but if i sleep round a friends house i end up waking up in the morning with sevral massive areas of skin missing just from scratching words dont come close to how painfull this is it feels just like a bad burn! (thats the closest feeling i know) and im often stuck to the bed sheets with blood :shifty:

i got up this morning, got some cerial in a bole, went to get the milk and put the bowl in the fridge :shifty:
went back later and realised what i'd done :)

I do stuff like that all the time

i have a habit of holding tools i should have put down which always seem to hamper doing a job im doing, when i realise i throw them in disgust lol i.e changing a fuse in a plug i would hold the screwdriver whilst trying to thread the cable through the tiny holes.

I also do this, but only because if I put the certain tool down that i was using I wouldn’t be able to find/remember were I put it  and I have been known to use one tool, put it down and immediately get anther one out the tool box :) so at times when clearing up I find several tools the same, when one would have been enough. :)

Volumes have to be on even numbers or multiples of 5

Thought of something else, I talk in my sleep apparantly.

I’ve been told that I can have full-blown conversations in my sleep, I’m not so sure, but how would I know, as I’m asleep at the time.

I also have to check 10000 times that Ive switched my straightners off if Ive used them/ locked the door/ car boot is shut properly/ locked the car etc!

:)

Also, this might be really weird but I found someone else that does it to. If I cant sleep one night, I sleep the other end of the bed (like upside down) Havent done that in ages though but it seems to get me to sleep!

I also occasionally do this, but I also seam to forget that the wall is now on the other side of the bed.

And lately iv'e noticed i seem to have to keep checking that a door is shut once ive closed it. Especially the front door. I double check its shut (as most do) but by the time im in the car i find myself thinking, is it shut? but know it is, get to the end of the road and start thinking did i really shut that door :(.

:)

I should probably get one of the jackets that bungle has and go sit in the cornier :)
