10" on a vtec the biggest problem is which gear ratio and where to get one from.
Any know the answer?

Just thought I should put some input.

I built a Vtec Mini, currently running 10 inch wheels. I got the longest stock b series box from an LS Integra. (4.266). Still screams on the freeway though. I have 7.5 inch minisport 4 pots without servo.

Mine is a street car. Feels great. Very responsive (The brakes). You'd need something better if you were tracking though. Servo would be a plus.

It is best if you got the 7.9 inch conversion. Id imagine that would make the world of a difference. But Ive never tried them before.

Like I said, I only use my car on the street, with speed limits and such (hehe) but, that means I don't mash on my brakes all the time. So its fine for what I need to do.

There must be someone on here who has built a vtec mini with watsons 3.4 fd and ten inchers, let us have some feedback on how it drives...first gear and motorways etc.
