Kimi passed Nico Rosberg then under a waved yellow and Nico was definitely on the track at the time!

And you can get close enough to the car in front to not be affected by the turbulent air, and instead get a slipstream, hence why you see F1 cars getting behind the car in front until the last minute and then ducking out and getting past.

I wasn't refering to the slipstream prior to the overtake.
That is the whole point that he was close enough to be in the slipstream due to the fact he tooh a shorter route and completely missed out a courner completly.

the fact that lewis was gaining on kimi anyway, and was virtually past him on the bend he went off at means he would probably have been in kimi's slipstream any way, and passed before the next bend

still believe if roles were reversed, kimi (ferrari) would have got away without any penalty

Agree 100% with both points.

I agree with your first point which is why he should have stayed on the track and not missed the corner and passed him on the next corner.(A little in experience and impatience I think)

Your second point is a crock as the same parameters would have been considered if an appeal had been launched if the roles were reversed.

Apparently Nikki Lauder today said that it was one of the worst ever desisions in Formular 1 history. To come from a man like him says it all. The sport is a bloody disgrace to the millions of fans who watch it!!!
I'm a die hard motorsport fan and I think it stinks that a few people who have probably never driven faster than the national speed limit, can judge these talented drivers on how they should drive these cars. A race is a race and if it requires abit of rough and tumble in the proccess, then let them have it. Thats what the fans pay hundereds of pounds to see and thats why I watch the hour or so long races each week. Close racing and nail biting finishes are what F1 has been missing in the last decade and these do gooders are helping no matters what so ever.

Then why no investigation for Massa's move on Rosberg under waved yellows?

I didn't think he did but I am not sure.
It's usually penalised in the race if picked up by race control rather than a time penality afterwards.
If that is the case then I should imagine Mclaren will raise a protest if they have not done already.
Any infringement that Kimi may or may not had done is imaterial to the result as he DNF.

Also, Alonso crossed the pit white line again, no penalty this time..

Back to Hamilton / Raikkonen... there are now over 18,000 entries on the petition, not bad for a day's work! And for a new perspective...

That shows Hamilton would have definately hit him had he carried on through the bus stop. It also shows great driving by both drivers.

I think that also clearly shows that Hamilton was gaining on Kimi very quickly throughout the whole lap, and that he would have still be right on Kimi's tail had he not ducked out of the bus stop chicane. It also clearly shows that Hamilton out breaked Kimi into the corner, and not that he got passed Kimi by using a slip stream or advance gained from the chicane.

Now that is genius...

Have we also missed Kimi weaving on the track to try to block Hamilton, the rules state one movement to block a driver must be kept, he clearly weaves left and right, then brakes earlier then Hamilton into the corner, meaning Lewis makes a pass.

The fact that they switch back position a bit later negates everything anyway.

Also, I hope Kimi will be given his drive through penalty in the next race, after all he clearly left the track and parked his car neatly against the tyres. Hamilton's had penalty's held over to the next race to give more of a disadvantage, (pit lane incident anyone), why should Kimi get away with driving illegally then crashing out?
