The bit I'm dreading the most is repairing this boot floor after a botched up bumper seem removal it was all held together with filler and fibre glass

At least you have a new front end, check out my project build, did the rear end of the boot floor and the entire length under the rear lights and boot lid. Should have used the one piece but couldn't afford it as it was cheaper in three sections. When I was researching 'How To' I found this thread on doing the Boot Floor which has some really informative info and excellent pics.

Wow 11 Years!!!!, thats quite a while to have a mini stood on the garage, I spy a 205 of some sort also besides it
