As my other thread is over 40 pages long i thought i would make another thread,

for those who dont know my build its based around my Austin Mini City E 998cc

 

 

 

ive had alot of problems with the turbo burning oil which was down to a poorly designed oil drain 

 

so engine out again

 

so i gave up on trying to fit the drain into the mechanical fuel pump hole so i welded a drilled a boss onto the gearbox

 

 

 

thought this would work

 

but no..... haha, it stuck out too much, so i had to make something else

 

 

boom done!! ive just got to put the engine back in now

 

 

also got this bad boy to fit once its back on the road

but the car is miss firing, might be the coil pack playing up

Fixed the miss fire!!

Was the part throttle lean off pipe, I cut it in half and blanked both ends off and it runs well!!

A couple of problems that need looking into like it backfiring and stalling, I don't know what that is about

And I got through a set of pads in one day

new pads fitted :)

think my stalling problem is down to a hiccup in the map, gonna look connect the laptop and smooth the map out

also got the boost gauge working and im putting out just under hald a bar so around 5-6psi :)

 

and the dumpvalve now works

Well I've got a splitter I might fit tomorrow, we'll see how it looks haha
