Crossed wires AVV IT mostly me not explaining myself as usual.

If we had a LWB section in the projects section, we can always use that specific section for asking other LWB related questions IE tech, links and general chitchat i guess.

Plus I also think that not enough threads get moved on this forum.

Bt thats a hole nother can of worms.

If people report them, we'll take a look at them, we can't read the whole forum all of the time so we need to be told it people think something is in the wrong place.

Got you wasnt aware of that.

I'll do my admin bit now I know that.

From a solely personal point of view as I have a Van.

Why cannot van/pickups have there own section within the forum. Where owners would be able to put their build threads, completed cars, parts links, technical questions and general banter.

At the moment there seems to be enough build threads and owners to warrant it is there not? Currently we have to use our own build threads to communicate with each other.

After all there's a hole section for minis with funny hair dryer engines.

Anyway mid afternoon musing over.

Matt

Yeah, ditch the hoover powered mini's section and put vans/utes in it's place. If it hasn't got the 'right' motor in it.....it ain't a mini. :D

So would we also need a lwb sub-section for general rebuilds, engine conversions and then full resorations like we currently have?

I'm not saying no. Just saying that I don't know if there's enough demand yet.

I dont even understand what 'mini engined projects' is meant for. is it for engine builds, or projects with mini engines? EVERYTHING ends up in there!

Contreversial to what I already said, I think the project area could do with tidying up.. What about:

Saloon projects
LWB projects
Moke's and kit cars
Engine conversions

Other projects

Perfect ! this would tidy up the project section very well!

So if the outcome of a poll is an over riding success, would the admin team look at implementing it then?
