Spent the last few days helping a mate fit and front splitter to his classic fiat panda, great company, both car mad so non stop car chat, a beer, tinkering with many tools and resorting to a hammer, trying to figure out access issues and arguing about who was the biggerst idiot for buying a poorly built classic car :P Great couple of evening, just reminds you how great classic car ownership is/can be :)

I feel your pain pal. They got me doing 50mph on the M6 on a variable claiming it was showing 40mph. The traffic wasn't bad enough to warrant 40mph IMO but hey ho, what can you do?

haha glad its not just me, I rag mine round way to much :( drifted round a roundabout with police behind me and he just turned off and didn't do anything :L

I worked from 7 in the morning to 7 at night, my college day and at the end was a big important assessment in my mathematical ability :/ not my strongest point. It seems to have gone okay, just hoping the results were good now :)

Mini has finally had all the little tweaks done to it, and so bob is finished and ready and where I want him, so happy :D

The front ones on mine stick out loads and av bin told its ok. Am thinkin of goin down to a 6" wheel with same tyres

yea, probably fit a little better :/ oh well, just hopping the garage can get the nuts off then it should all be good again, its not in ma good books atm

Just got bob the mini back from the garage, new twin dtm exhaust, sump guard, downpipe and breaks fitted, black mamba wheels on order which ill fit when they arrive.... Bob is a lucky little car this week :P

:( Bob the mini is in the garage being fixed, the garage owner described the manifold as "knackered", breacks as "B*ggered up and Destroyed" and my drive shaft seal is "Full of sh*t and so p*ssing oil" ..... I can just about get my head around the technical jargon and have to say, the mini is long due some loveing.

Finished my first week of work, Work was pretty good :) and the mini behaved and ran beautifully (exhaust aside) and has just had a well deserved wash and "fast wax" and is now sitting cosily in its cover for the weekend :)

My exhaust has been rattling REALLY badly all week, this morning .... no rattle.... Mini Magic! Fixed its self and doing its bit to keep the costs down :)

AAGGHH Just bought a new exhaust from a shop about 20 miles away from me, a fletcher Twin DTM, got it home and have found that one pipe is badly dented..... Not Happy!

I have been out of work for 3 months now, no issues with the mini, I start my new job on monday, today (saturday) I went out in bob the mini. his exhaust is realy rattlely sounds assif its dragging on the ground..... nice timing >:(

Its my only car and I have an hour and a half drive to work, Although drivable, it sounds shocking and the rattle is louder than my very noisy little engine/exhaust!
