a day of sandblasting and powder coating. Powder coating went well but sand blasting not so much :(

What do you need doing? ;) It's so easy, you just need an oven or a way of curing it, this looks quite an easy way to make your own - http://www.facebook.com/notes/electrostaticmagic/diy-powder-coating-oven/189469551090871 Our system is an electrostatic majic kit, was £109 from the kit car show about a year ago, and i think is only around £6 for 1/2kg of powder and gives a much nicer finish than areosol

Flashing tape is butyl (bitumen stuff) 1-2mm thick depending on your brand with aluminium stuck on one side.
It's like duct tape on steroids :p

Give your dizzycap points and rotor arm a good scrubbin with a wire brush; saved my ass earlier!

I'd looked on google but hadn't seen that! So it can be done... I'm just a little worried about the depth of them as they're 5.25 inches deep, so that sounds a bit much for the conventional positioning on a mini :(
