Brilliant! Quite a few of my family work in a dementia home. They have an annexe there that does activities for day care residents which my aunt runs. It can be a very hard job but at the same time very rewarding. Well done!

Love it when people see an old car and think it's "slow" so get right behind you, next minute gear down and leave them! Puts a smile on my face

I love leading them into the twisty bits and see the look of horror on Mondeo mans face in a 50mph mini corner lol

Cut through my damn brake line replacing the floor today. Even after I checked to make sure I wasnt going to cut through it!

I spend ages shouting at and swearing at the mini but as soon as I take it out and throw it round some roundabouts my smile soon comes back!

Anyone able to sell me a rear loom? Just chopped at the boot so I can splice it in and replace my rear one...

A custom one would probably be a lot more expensive than something like this though? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Classic-Mini-Wiring-loom-late-carb-models-rear-section-only-/371075827385?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&fits=Model:Mini|Plat_Gen:MK+I&hash=item5665d7c6b9

£7.50 premium adjustment for the new car. A £26.50 "admin fee" for making it. Insurance companies are so greedy.

Do they not do it for free online? My insurance don't charge if i change it using the online policy editor, they only charge when i ring them. That is very steep!
