Anyone ever had a severe sprain (torn ligaments etc apparently)? Did mine a week ago and still swollen.bruised and cant walk on it properly - how long will i have a Cankle for?!

I tore a ligament in my heel running a 10k several years back. Took 6 weeks of being properly careful on it before I could train again. Still get the occasional twinge now...6 years later!

6 weeks before I could walk remotely well after damaging my ligaments in my knee. Still hurts now and again 10 years later but that's my own fault for not keeping up the physio!

That's the thing, I enjoy it all, but wouldn't want to do it every day! More of a weekend thing. Its the paper work that really gets me down as my theory skills are awful at the best of times

Hah yeah, I do it as my job, build and run racing cars 24/7, it's a tough job, but I love it!!

Yeah that sucks ass... But definitely do what you WANT to do. Working for money's sake sucks
