Does it have a vernier adjustment on the side? 72 is most likely a 45DM which does not.

it's a 1380 on an stroked crank. Still fairly thin walls but plenty strong enough.

You can always haggle. Remember, most sellers usually will do a deal if you have the cash infront of them compared to the guy making offers over the phone
