ive fitted 3 alarms now theyre easy to do just take ur time and get an ideal for how the circuit works

most the alarms on ebay are good but insurance dont count it as a cat 1 unless an imi level 2 eletrican with alarm cert fits a thatcham 1 alarm lol

Then I started going about getting all the wires disconnected from everything, and tracing them back

Wire taken back as far as I got them today:

All the wires gone

Hopefully will get a few more moved if I get a bit of time tomorrow

Not sure what it does
Just bought some binding cable wrap, to put around all the wire when I'm done, connected most of the wires back up, some of them are a bit tight at the moment

It's the hazard flasher relay.
Thanks a lot mate, that would explain the strange behaviour they had when it was running
good progress the wiring looks just like kevs mini (old skool) lol

I'll try Halfords, don't really want to try a scrappy, as they seem pretty delicate, so a new one would be better
