Not a whole lot done today, just got some fibre glassing done :





Just need to put a patch from inside te wing, then paint over them with stone chip, and they should be done .

Also these came today:



Two spray cans of the colour of my car, and some G3 polishing compound , more signs of some awesome body work to come lol. Get paid Friday , but my laptop is playing up, so might have to pay out for a new one , but hopefully Dad can get it fixed at work. Will get some more done tomorrow.

Thus came today in the post:



A washer bottle bracket. Not doing anything on the mini tonight, I don't really feel like it, and the weather isn't too good , but some more work will be done on it tomorrow .

Got a little bit done yesterday, just got a little bit more sundproofing down :



And that was it, as I was going to take my block over to an engine place too, but wanted James to come with me as he knows his stff , but he had other commitments, so I'll ring the place this week and make sure when they are open and if they can do all the work I want .

Well...today I got quite a bit done. I used up the rest of the sound proofing :







I really could do with a little bit more, probably about 10ft, so I'll see if the place where I got it from can cut me a bit especially . But vertually everything I want covered, is covered, just a few gaps to fill, etc.

And them, I decided to give the rear suspension a go . Not something I've ever done before, so it was all new to me, but while I had the time, I thought it wold be best to do it, and take my time, so lets the pictures do the talking:



Shock off , a good start.



Trumpet and rubber cone out, and subframe, etc, given a nice coat of stone chip . And I managed to do both sides too .

And...



...out with the old...but the new can't go in yet as I don't have the knuckle joints, so ordering them now, and should be able to do them dring the week .

Thanks, well it has its own little rust spots here and there, but nothing a bit of TLC can't cure, some new cones are going on, with some Hi-Lo's and new shocks .

Yer I have, they came with the car but were never fitted as the petrol tank has to come out to take the shock off . The only thing that didn't come with it was the knuckle joints .

Well...I was hoping to get a bit more of the subframe, etc stone chipped, but didn't leave college until 6pm, and there was a crash on the way home, so didn't get in until about 6.45pm , but if the knckle joints come tomorrow, I'll fit them and just leave the subfram, etc. But hoping to get quite a bit completed this week, but we will see .
