That's about it. I can recommend the MJ setup - in my opinion it's easily the best mod for a mini, after a stage 1 kit.

6. Lumention Hotwires leads

Just get a set of fiesta leads either from your motor factor or from www.trigger-wheels.com Much cheaper (25 quid) and you don't have to muck around with adaptor kits etc.

One thing that's missed off that list is shielded twin-core wire for the crank sensor. You can either get that from maplins or trigger-wheels.

Ah right.

So new list:

1. Trigger Wheel
2. Mount kit and sensor
3. Megajolt kit
4. EDIS kit from a Ford
5. Dizzy blanking plug
6. Fiesta HT leads
7. Twin core wire

Is that right now?

Cheers

Here are some photos of a Trigger wheel that I am working on at the moment. These will be a simple bolt on kit and will come with the bracket for sensor.

These will be available for sale soon.

Thats exactly what iv done on mine, but iv just used the standard metal thats on the crank pulley on the engine side of the pulley like yours is and fitted a 36-1 wheel between the V and the metal and boleted it in place. With yours, you have to remove the metal that im talking about...

But it just gives alot more room for the supercharger pulley. Although i think ill be getting a completely different wheel made as im in the process of making myself a charger inlet, so the charger pulley on the crank wont be exactly the same place as the chargers on the market...

But yours looks like a very nice piece of kit, how much would you be after for something like that? looks very much the same as what gr4h4m has made, are you working together with him?

gr4h4m is a good friend of mine. I helped him fit his supercharger, but yes it is something we have been working on. I will post a link later showing it fitted to a engine and more details about the kit.

That Kit 1 looks great, if I take the Megajolt route, which I am really tempted, then one of those kit 1's will be mine, thanks for the link.

Is that kit1 wheel intended to bolt onto the existing "puller" bolt holes located on some pulleys or is the intention that you drill your own holes to suit? Also is the wheel self-centering or does it require turning on a lathe post-fitting to true it up?

Kit 1 wheel does not need any work by yourself as it bolt to the existing holes that are located on some pulleys. All you have to do is set your engine at TDC, remove the bottom pulley and fit the kit. The bolt holes that are in the pulley and trigger wheel then line up with TDC. So you can still set your timing and run your car without fitting the Megajolt.

Kit 2 is a whole new pulley which you simply replaces your existing pulley.
