I will keep up the good work, if i dont end up using all next months pay on mot , tax and tyres then ill be doing the respray then

im soo happy with how its running now and my new gear knob arrived

just finishes the inside off

i dont think i will either. Who would make a dash the same as mine and have my brother do a custom muriel on it not many lol .
Not certain when im going to make the glove box door, I'm in no hurry. Mainly things don't fall out, the audio quality isnt affected massively minus the glove box door and saves opening it everytime i get in lol.

Next job is when the new heater arrives i need to flush the cooling system and top up with some new blue coolant does anyone know the volmeric capacity of the cooling system is it 3.5 litres ??? or 4.5 ???

whyd u not just used the bit u cut out of it for a door ?

because thats far too logical for him....

I would hazard a guess that when he made the dash, that hole was made by drilling 4 holes in the corners, then cut out with a jig saw, in which case, the cut out, would be the wrong shape.

was indeed drilled and jigsawed and when i fitted with everything the hinge screws came out every time i tired to shut it

i think laterally and have no common sense.
This cleared up i spent the day cleaning bertie inside and i even repainted the front floor with some hammerite paint .
Only temporary as ive decided what colour im going to respray.
One problem im torn with cutting the front end off and going for a removable front with rivinuts

someone help me decide!!!

Right date , wrong location - its in SOUTHPORT RAF base. Thought I hadnt heard about a Stockport one.
Hope that doesnt mess up your plans, but better to find out now than drive to the wrong town.
