Has anyone used magajolt with a charger setup? I'm interested in doing this but was wondering about the crank pully?

Just to clarify, as i'm not familiar with this, what is megajolt?

ah i see. Can it be used on carb'd mini's or just spi/ mpi?

well seeing as it replaces the dizzy can be used on enay engine goolge megajolt

theres two types that you can run MAP (manifold absolute preasure) or TPS (throttle position sensor) map is more commonly used on charged engines and still runs a vacumn like your advance on your dizzy does where as tps grub screws onto your butterfly on your carb.

I'm just about to start building my 1293 engine now. I wont be able to afford a supercharger for a while. Is it possible to build it to the right lower compression and still run ok? Or will it run like a dog until i put the blower on?

will still run just have less power than a high comprsion engine

many turbo engines out there that have just had turbos removed and still running around

some factry engines on run 8.9 9.2 any way so wont be that much lower

if you lowering your compression by doing work on the chambers in the head then just run a diierant head with less cc's till put on charger then fit head with more cc's and lower compresstion
