I weigh 97kg and my reps are full range by the way such as all the way down on squats and bar to chest on bench press!!!!!
This week I did 180kg deadlifts from the floor for 3 reps
Tonight I got 1 rep of 180kg squats, 4reps of 160kg, 8 reps of 140kg, and 10 reps of 130. Afterwards I was f**ked!
On leg press I got up to 360kg for 4 reps but have done 400kg before when just starting the session.
I will get there. I am persistant! THIS IS SPARTA!
What are your achievements or aims.

I used to do leg press at 480kg for 3 sets of 10 reps but on the third set I were struggling with the last few, probs could of broke that 500 mark if I pushed myself.
With bench press I never really pushed myself hard with it as with the position I played (Defensive Lineman) I needed lower body strength really, but I used to be able to cope with 3 sets of 160kg.
I never really did any dead lift though, Im gonna start going gym again I actually MISS going and feeling the burn after doing the weights and cardio

Who invited you!!! Show off!!
LOL I'm kidding fella, that's an awesome weight on leg press. I rekon I'll be there in a couple of months.
All natural I hope, I haven't done anything cheat-wise!!
Anyone achieved anything in running, athletics, anything really???? Come on don't be shy. Let's make a big deal of this thread and get more people interested in exercising more.
Summer is coming people.
This could be the MOTIVATION page if anyone needs a kick start!!!!

think it was number 41 unsure what the weight was but im 6ft8 and at the time i weighed 18stone due to these machines lost 3 stone on 3 months

after the 41 reps I did some other weight and by the end i was walking like an old man got back to my flat and colapst my legs from under me i couldnt move took me 2 weeks to get back to normal but my legs were considerably strong
to sum up i was acting a bit of a fool doing that many reps then not warming down but my friends chris who plays rugby could do one rep and he has done weights for years lol

You have exceptionally long limbs so that is why you could handle more weight on a lever-based machine. I think it is the hamstring curl you used.
You will find it harder doing power lifting manouvers to that of a shorter person.things like deadlifts, squats etc etc.I'm 6.0 and find it hard to avoid using my back too much.

We used to have comps between the D and O linemen (the big guys stood blocking everyone) as to who used to rep the most on leg press, I didnt fair too bad but I never won haha.

It's not at all what you think. I thought it would be good to share achievements and to help people. I have been lifting weights for 10 years now and have lots of info for anyone.

I used to laugh at all the guys NOT working their legs and kissing their biceps in the mirror after they grunted to lift heavy weights with bad form.
Oooh the heady days of my youth.
Oh yeah - and Im a girl so no male chicken here!
