What are your achievements or aims.

I dont want to get muscular as Im a woman

but Ive been doing exercises to get myself back into the splits. I was born with one dislocated hip and one clicky hip

but I am very lucky because despite two unsuccessful operations when I was a buba, they fixed me

. I do not have a limp when I walk but a mate of mine that had the same thing does. You wouldn't know any different....kinda! Anyway At the age of 6/7 I was well into gymnastics, could do the splits, both ways and was very bendy and flexy

I then gave up gym and went to dancing on stage and again, at the age of about 13 I had to train myself for a stage performance to be able to do the ''can-can'' (in high heals) then jump into the splits at the end of it

I did it!! But, that was many moons ago, and I hardly ever do any sport now

. But since Ive been off work for the last 6 weeks Ive been training myself to get into the splits again.
I am also doing lots of sit ups and crunches, and plan to do a lot more swimming and running to burn the cals away, when I get my wrist casts off!!

And no, this isnt in the gym, this is on the floor of my bedroom

. Not guna pay for a gym when I can exercise at home
