Only 2 days till i get the mini back from 'old skool'!

Didnt get my mini back the other day after all - got down there to pick it up and it still hadnt been painted, nor had the arches been fitted
Been toldi it should be ready now for Wednesday, but cant collect till Friday due to working.
I will put some pictures up for everyone to see the end product as soon as i get her home!

Just ordered a genuine Lucas fusebox from them off ebay, will see how it goes because I haven't used them before now.

I spotted this thread last week and thought the timescale for the work was a bit optimistic, but still not bad what they've managed to get done

Im in the Birmingham area myself and have used Collins up until now for rolling road/MOT work. Im expecting my sills to fail on my MOT and dont really fancy doing them myself, would rather pay and get them done quicker! Id be really interested to see the photos when its done, I know you havent had sills done, but still Hope it turns out how you want, will be interesting to see if they deck the hi-lo's or not

Well, i got it back today and it looks chuffing amazing!!!!
Its amazing how different it looks now to how it went in!
Cost a little bit more than i was quoted due to having a few extra things ordered to have fitted next week but hey, its only money
The paintwork is second to none - you wouldnt even know it has had new panels fitted.
I will get some pictures loaded on tomorrow - didnt have a chance to take any today as i was just enjoying having her back and being able to go for a pointless drive into the countryside!!!
Definately recommended even though it ran over the collection date - and if you go to visit them, ask to see the carbon fibre mini they are building - it will be something special when its finished.
