[mini mayhem]

so my timing wasnt great . no more bookings for the IMM

the only chance now is if a cancelation arises!. i would be more than willing to buy those tickets off of who ever cant make it and clear-up all the details with the IMM organisers.

this was the first event i was planning on taking my mini to and now it dosnt look so good. so anyone who wont make it and has tickets ,please contact me soon

For those that want to camp with us please could you just phone the IMM people and let them know! I dont want you to arrive and find there is no space! But please come and join us! More the merrier!!!!

This is the email that I sent to IMM a couple of days ago

Sorry this question has been answered many times on the forum on the web site and in emails , if you arrive with your club you camp with them. if not we cannot guarantee you will camp with them. can you imagine trying to,keep track of over 4000 tents and where people are !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Obviously we're not all going to be turning up together so not sure what the reality is.

well that seems a bit silly, at the previous IMM's I have attended we were allocated a plot for the club to camp in.

Maybe we need to find a large place for us to camp which is easily recognisable so people can join us. Either that or have a contact number for people to call and find out where we are.

I'll be getting there either thursday evening or Friday Morning. Is anyone getting there before that?

I'm planning on getting there Thursday evening - sounds like we need a list of everyone who wants to camp on the TMF stand and for the first on site to try to reserve an area large enough for everyone.

Maybe it would help if those who want to join Camp TMF could put their name in a list with their estimated time of arrival?

Is it free for spectators? As this would be my first IMM, and i'm coming from the States. I just want to view all the cars and hit up the vendors for stuff.

If you want to get into the IMM village and stay on site you need an IMM ticket - unfortunately the bookings for these is now closed. If you want to visit the Mini50 show, which is at the same location, you can buy day tickets at £12 per person in advance or £15 per person on the gate. All the traders will be in the Mini50 area and there will be small club stands and other displays in the Mini50 area. Details of the two (conjoined) events can be found at www.imm2009.com and www.mini50.com
