Yeah don't worry progress will be back soon  & the local on campus shop sells Mini Magazine! along with Retro Cars & Performance VW

John Whiteman is located in Nottingham, type it into google and it'll come up with his website.

This is the list I've created so far..

+ Rear brakes.
- BRAKE ADJUSTER AND 2 TAPPETS KIT, £6.04. (minispares)
- BRAKE ADJUSTING SPANNER, £4.65. (minispares)
- HANDBRAKE LEVER GAITER ON REAR BACKPLATE x2, £4.60. (minispares)
- WHEEL CYLINDER REAR GENUINE x2, £20.68. (minispares)
- BRAKE SHOES SET REAR, £8.91. (minispares)
- SUPERFINS, £52.00. (minimail)

- Screw for brake drum x2, £0.40. (moss)
- Bolt, washer & nuts for back plate to radius arm, £3.30. (moss)

Total - £100.58.

+ Rear suspension.
- DAMPER LOWERED HEIGHT REAR GAZ SINGLE x2 £70.16. (minispares) (bought)
- GREASE CAP x2, £9.50. (moss)
- RUBBER CONE x2, £78. (minispares)
- SUSPENSION KNUCKLE JOINT x2, £5.40. (minispares)
- REPAIR KIT FOR RADIUS ARM x2, £18.50. (moss)
- SUSPENSION ADJUSTABLE RIDE HEIGHT CONES COMPLETE CAR SET, £48.40.

Total - £159.80.

+ Handbrake & lines.

Already at £260, if I can do it all for £350 I'll be happy. Sounds expensive, but there are a lot of parts there & it'd be a big chunk done.

That's almost all of this terms overdraft used!

Got parts coming from Minispares, Moss & Minimail.

That's everything for the rear subframe, right down to wheel caps.

I just hope everything I've ordered is in stock

Thanks, how are they removed and replaced?

Really looking forward to this order arriving at home, hopefully going home for a few weekends after each other in a few weeks time. Girlfriend is getting back from Aus & It's my Mums birthday, I'll sneak some Sundays in on the mini >_<
