As i cannot drive yet:( i do not have a clue on the top speed of my 1979 Austin Mini 1000
This has really bugged me as i wish to know what it is.
Does anyone know what it is, or know of any sites that can tell me?
Thanks

I reckon the top speed they're comfortable with is about 60-65 depending on the age and condition of the engine ...
...be kind to the minis and they'll be kind to you!!

My mini, coming from oldbury Northbound got upto 118mph there. Mind, it was down hill slightly, and i lost a wheel arch... So dunno if that counts.
118mph with a 998 :S
didnt know 998s came with 120 clocks in them either aha
