I was driving home from work today and there is a traffic light junction and to the right coming out of the junction there were 3 chavs in a corsa (of course) and for some reason they tooted there horn and shouted w**ker..that was quite extraordinary lol..

I thought what was all that about... wasnt angry just confused

I recounted a similar story in a thread a few hours ago!:

"I remember being sat at traffic lights with my mate in his mini, and some lads pulled up next to us in a corsa and just before the lights changed they looked up and down at the car and went "should be at the bloody scrapyard" and then threw a can and the remains of coke at it! And this mini is lovely condition and had just had a respray"

I wonder if they were the same chavs Dan?

Its a shame some people are like that, i quite enjoy driving mine for the looks i get, MOST people love a good looking mini

hahah chavs! dont you hate them! tbf, some of them are alright once you talk to them, i had a few in classes of mine at school, i got along fine with them, they stuck up for me on quite a few occassions! and they all love my car, and no not because they want to nick it! some of them are doing motorvechile courses at college, and apprechiate the mini! never had any trouble with it parked in town, only when it was parked in the school car park, which just shows how immature high school kids can be!! but as soon as i get out of my town i get chavs revving engines at traffic lights, try and race me around roundabouts! i just dont rise to it, just carry on driving, and if there driving up your arse, just pull over to the inside lane, or into a layby and just let them pass!

had a chav try it on with me in a fully loaded saxo vtr, 5 chavs in it, on the duel carridge way, just let him passed, caught up with him later on a roundabout when he was trying it on again, trying to pull away, his aftermarket exhaust came off, and exploded infront of me, being in a mini, i managed to steer around it with ease, and get back onto the proper side of the road intime to drop it a cog, floor it and wave as they pulled over! i like to think it was karma!
