Here's some more pics of the clubman as i got it today :xmas:
It's pretty rotton but they all are, ive stripped most of the interior out and took lots of photo's of the rust for reference, ill be sticking
complete half floors in both sides as it has had oversills fitted, there's also boot floor repairs, flitch repairs both sides and the front end to save
which is in pretty good shape same as the roof and gutter rails.
All comments welcome, enjoy the pics. =]

Looks like fun Steve!

You've got a bit of welding to do there, looks a good project though. Shouldn't take you long eh??!!!

Now your here, why not :) What do you think is the best way to go panel wise, im thinking of replaceing the whole boot floor and internal floor
or should i just buy repair sections.

Are you gonna replace the heelboard?

If you do need to replace the floors/heelboard/crossmember then a full floor is about the same money and will make a better job of it.

If you do this then I'd strip the car to a shell to minimize distortion.

A boot floors a big and expensive job as well. I usually just fit a pair of corners and a part floor, much cheaper!!

Ive got a small update but not a big one, ive decided to strip the whole car back to bare metal so i can find all the rust.

Yesterday i went and took the bonnet off and made a start.

After some nitromorse and a wire brush, i will finish the rest with my sander.
