Off topic again.

The forum is suppose to be fun. It's a place for people to organise things, get to know each other, have a little banter.

I don't know whose been deleting threads.

Moderators shouldn't be upsetting people by deleting threads. They should be moving them, merging them, creating topics in the relevant areas, so that people can continue on with their conversation. I.e Organising convoys. It's getting ridiculous again. Yesterday was the first day i've been on here in weeks, first topic I look at, I get annoyed, as it's gone back to the whole forum police. 'you must do what you are told' If people honour the forum rules and regs, there is no need to delete posts un neccessarily.

Back on topic now.

Everyones cars ready for the big event? Or have you still got alot to do to get your mini completed in time?

Quite frankly Roo, Ipod (and anyone else who may have a problem with the moderating on here), The Admin Team are getting sick and tired of people taking threads off topic and then attacking the mods who are doing a fantatsic job of keeping SPAM off the forum. The Mod in Question here was quite right to close the threads and remove the spam from this topic. You all wanted and official L2B thread?? Look at the title of this topic "Official London to Brighton Thread" and now you want another one so you can post pictures in so people know who you are? What's wrong with putting your pictures in here? Or for that matter not filling this thread with SPAM so it would be simpler for people who have just come to find out about meeting up with you all to find the information they require without having to trawl through 30 pages of inane and sarky comments aimed at someone who is trying to make sure that the thread does not decend into chaos.

We currently have a very good team of totally impartial Mods and Area Managers at the moment who put their own personal relationships with other members aside to keep the forum on track and we have noticed a massive increase of immature and down right rude comments made towards other members, Mods and the Staff. You should all read the Rules and Regulations again to familiarise yourselves with them so that you stick to them and that way the Mods and Admins will not have to moderate threads quiet so much.

Now, enough is enough, get back on topic and sort out a suitable meeting place at brighton and an agreed time for you all to meet there (like we do at all other events)

Sorry jonesy.

I just get annoyed that everytime I visit I have/see more than one person complaining. Even for simple posts being deleted when someone describes what they are wearing. People dressed in different colours was mentioned before I did, as a look out for members and it got deleted. They're doing this to raise money for charity!! I can understand if someone put It on for a joke as 'spam' but it wasn't.

Maybe a member of staff can organise a meeting place in Brighton? Save all the hassle?
