I've still got to get the crank reground, new shells, new piston rings, hone and deal with the head
rebuild my engine and lift it in!
14 days is plenty of time

Well due to delays by the body shop our mini is still sat in the garage waiting to go and be painted, so theres no way it will be ready for the run. However I have managed to blag a BMW Mini John Cooper Works for the weekend, so I will still be doing the run. I know I know its not right but its the best i can do...please dont hurt me

L2B will be my first EVER mini show. Sadly not with my mini, which is only in the early stages of my 'makeover/restoration'. I am going straight to
Brighton by car. Does anyone who has been before have any recommendations on where to park and what sort of time to get to Brighton?
I'm looking forward to getting some inspiration from you lovely people and your cars!
You'd want to get to Brighton as early as possible. Honestly, its going to be jam packed (just make sure where ever you park you read the signs etc)
Edit: Mini is MOT'd & Taxed as of yesterday ready to rock and roll.

yeah, new organisers and bla bla... but still 30 quid and I think we have the right to know why are we paying them for. is it just for a T-shirt and a parking space by the seaside?

On the other hand, it's still pretty lame of them, spose we'll just have to wait for one.
It'll be my first mini meet ever
