As for the dump valve forget about that if you are just starting your build you will be a long way away from needing it!

Im trying to get all the parts together before fitting it. And not that far away from needing it. Once I have all the parts, it should be fitted in a weekend.

Ok ok so you already have the engine built then and are just looking at the ancillaries then?

Yeah, turbo'ing the current engine, and will be fitting a 28cc chambered head to give me a compressions ratio of 8.5:1 and fitting a tamer cam at the same time.

I've got to get a fuel presure regulator and exhaust and bulkhead box.

Just unsure about the dump valve I've got at the moment, no name on it, and doesn't feel great quality.

I thought that after part collecting, don't forget you'll spend a day fitting the bulkhead box and another running the fuel lines :)

Hiya, I have a new Mini Cooper S Hartge... I was wondering if anyone knew where to get dump valves and how/where to get them fitted. Also will it make the cool sound you hear the Evos making?

Thanx

Now Now,

I think you have the wrong forum mate, this one is mainly for real (classic) minis.

Although people on this forum do have some knowledge of the BMW MINI, it is mainly for original minis.

I'd suggest asking on a forum for BMW MINIs as you'll get more useful responses. However, I do agree that it must be a pretty easy thing to google. In fact I just did, and there are lots listed.
