Welded a patch on the inner wing on my Project. And fitted extended seat brackets to the Ritz

Been quite busy actually since 9:00... Sorted out a baulk ring issue,put engine back on the box.Corrected the rocker geometry,ready to go back in now.

went out to do the 2 jobs that needed doing, found & did 4 more and then left another 3 that cropped up in the process, that I can't be a&%sed with now..too cold & windy...

Coming up to MoT time, end of April.
So, after saving for five months, just had two days of ordering stuff online. Some MoT specific stuff, e.g. Lack of side repeaters, busted rear fog etc and then loads of nice stuff we've been promising ourselves. Spent a year on oily, boring stuff, now for a nice interior and other shiny shiz :)
Also had a lovely chap come today and refurb the 13x7 minilites. Wow!! Was a back to bare alloy clean, polish and then lacquer. I was thinking I was looking at new wheels because these were awful. But for £120, I have what looks like 4 new wheels. Mobile chap with van. Worth every penny.
Also took it for a blast as its been mainly off the road over winter while big chunks have been rebuilt. Oh, I had nearly forgotten how much fun it is.
Get it through its MoT, get all the shiny stuff bolted on, just got some AA cover and we will venture further afield this year. Hell, we might even leave the county :)

gave my son the first time to go ahead to drive him (provisional licence), big smile on his face.....
