pumped the tyres up. after work.

Got pulled by the feds going to work, who lit me up from behind, pulled over to let them past, they rocked up next to me in an umarked motor, and kindly asked me to slow down, then they went on their way, without getting out of the car...well it was 5am and cold

Got up to a dull grey wet morning. Took it for its yearly check. Came back smiling with a 12 month ticket! Love days like this.

After 2 years of cutting, welding, new panels, etc ( you know the story ) Got it painted today, only another 2 years to go !!!

Fitted new discs & calipers. Also charged the battery

I sorted out a problem with my carb (knackered gasket) and gave it a well overdue clean, looks a lot better, gonna wax it tomorrow :)

Replaced all the black hardware on the boot with shiny new chrome stuff.

Boot handle took five minutes.

Number plate holder took two hours. Taking it apart, the loom fell apart so made a new loom. While was there added the wiring for the reversing spotlight.

Then drilled the hole and fitted said reversing spotlight.

Look good now.

Still got 37 things on the list plus the MoT next month.
