Got a new hose for pressure washer so gave mini and my new daily driver a real good clean then waxed. First time since owning it I gave mini a proper good wash under the arches.

started fitting the new boot floor. Tacked it in a few places then started plug welding along the sides, the seat and the seat belt anchor points.

Slow going but getting there.

Fitted a new alloy rocker cover that I picked up for a bargain price of a tenner at the Brooklands Mini Day. Looks a whole heap better than the old rusty oily tin one that was on it.

Fitted a complete new sportex exhaust system to replace my rusty and blowing old stage one.
Bit disappointed with the fit, some of the angles don't bend right but got there in the end. Sounds good tho...

Adjusted valve clearances, Changed the oil and filter  & raised the front Hilos a little, now the cones have settled after I changed them earlier this year my Mini was a bit low, almost on the bumpstops

Finally found out that an annoying high pitch noise turned out to be the exhaust clamp, off it comes to be redone
