New rad fitted with water pump and some silicone hoses

I was not prepared for what a bugger of a job it would be, spinning captive nut, damaged cowl due to that - as for how little room there is due to the new rad being thicker - I was not prepared for that!

Also lost 5 stone in the wooden garage phew ?

Stripped my gearbox that was crunching from 4th to 3rd. Guess that should have been replaced when it was taken apart checked and put back together 8 miles ago (not by me)

Fitted the crank pulley, starter motor and set my tappets. Rocker cover on, picked up my new radiator brackets for the bottom points and had a mate drop in after work and offer to make a stainless top radiator shroud!
Minto......
My bottom brackets will also house my charge cooler radiator.
Almost looks like a car again ?

Have the engine on the bench while mucking about with radiator ideas, decided to figure out my hose lines....

Pretty much follows the factory line but takes into account the charger belt.

Hi Ben

All went well, I see what you were talking about regarding the condition of the door/frame, I will have to plan another visit to you in order to sort it out.

John
