Fitted a new battery master switch cut-off pull cable.

Put a new plastic-chrome trim strip down the LH side.

Modified the navigator's instrument panel to take a new digital clock/stop-clock.

Fitted a new A-post capping strip to the RH A-post using Tiger-Seal. It is now ready for painting. I always fit the strip before painting as if you paint it first, the paint can chip off when fitting it.

Went for some petrol ready to use it tomorrow... took me 2 hours haha. Damn rural roads.

I went over to the classic car meet at Earls Barton, in Northamptonshire, took the mini along, not many minis but still an enjoyable few hours.

Primed and painted the RH A-post capping strip.

Cleaned out therear brakes and adjusted them.

Greased the rear adjusters.

Changed the brake fluid (AP600 race fluid).

Re-fitted the speedo with a new voltage stabiliser and tested it.

Cleaned and adjusted all 4 drum brakes, (deglazed the shoes and drums)

Greased suspension and steering swivels.

Passed MOT ! (40 year exemption not enforce in N Ireland yet)

Just ordered new pot joints, and about to buy new driveshafts.
My current ones where some that I had laying about the place....time for an upgrade.

Found a plastic piece that looks like a filter but turns out it is actually a fuel cut off valve which attaches to the fuel tank vent

Fitted new fibre glass bonnet and boot lid painted matt black look good against the ford Rosso red 30 years since me and bro painted it just got to fit the new arches now matt black also of course
