althogh the engine its self is running a treat the gearbox isnt sounding great and also want to get started on my turbo project

looks awesome buddy, but an idea for the exhaust if your still thinking its too loud.
a round carbon bike end can on either side, would look seriously sweet and quieten it down a bit.

thanks for the nice comments everyone! small update
shots of the engine bay (in need of some chrome)
decided to mount the tacho on steering column
number plate lighting solution
interior is going to need working on to make it look good
making designs for the dash board at the moment hope to get that done in the next couple of weeks.
few things to do before MOT re test including
suspension upper arm pin excessive play
head lights dazzling other drivers
steering push rod ball joint excessive play
also mk1 cooper style grille on the way!

car has passed the MOT and finaly on the road! although now the oil leak is worse than ever and its jumping out of first so engine and gearbox re-build is needed which was the intention anyway
