Your quite right. And theres the fact that it says it dosent fit a R1, only a honda blackbird
Well update, fan switches on when engine overheats. And spent nearly 3 and a half hours talking and showing off my mini to Adreniline Junkie. Think he was pleased.

Well...

Joe..... absolutely amazing. Very impressed.
I took lots of pictures, so will send some of the better ones your way Joe, then you can post them on here if you want.
Well basically, i'm very impressed with the whole project, its at a point whereby, apart from the distinct lack of brakes, it could be driven. Something which i am very much looking forward to seeing!

Heard it running too....

I could jabber on for a bit longer, but im not going to, but Joe has done an incredible job, the pictures certainly don't do it justice, its very impressive.
Heh.. looking forward to seeing it again!
Nice to meet you Joe

Will pm my email to send us some of the hundred or so pictures you took,

Feel free to post some if you wihs.
See you again, maybe at Bingley.

It will fit other bike engines with the appropriate sprocket adapter, the crankcase is to close to the sprocket on the R1, you may have the same problem with the latest fireblade. And theres the fact that it says it dosent fit a R1, only a honda blackbird
But all the normal stuff it should fit, hayabusa, blackbird, zzr1100, z9r, etc check before you buy though.
It will be a tight fight in a mini though, 10.5 inch between CV and sprocket centres, although could be reduced by angling the box down and the driveshafts back
Cheers

Even so i think it's a tad expensive.
