I don't really mind rubber bumpers too much, maybe a nice yellow with deckchair trim and a full length webasto?

Got it running good today with the new BDR needle, picks up alot better than the BBC and the mixture screw isnt all the way in now! Took it home tonight and goes really well past 3.5k (REMINDER TO PETE - RUNNING IN STILL), theres a slight blip though getting there but thats just the needle needs to be fine tuned on the RR still, I didnt expect it to be such a dog though even with the 3.9FD, you need to keep the revs up to get it anywhere! when i had the 998 with sw10 cam, that is soo tame prepared to a 296, you can feel the power kick in very harshly prepared to a sw10 even though it was in a 998!. the sound is just porn though, sounds like a little V8 with the cam, you can hardly hear the straight cut box over the engine noise

Although its a bit of a dog around town, im sure ill get used to it just need to use the gears abit more, and fill up at petrol stations more often too!

Bit worried now though... the oil pressure has now gone down to 25 at idle when hot, but reaches 50 when driving, would you say this is okay?
