Every time you are working in your garage and you see him, photograph him watching you, when he comes over, video (or pretend to video) him. He'll probably get scared and/or creeped out

If you are looking for evidence then involving a 3rd party like the Council would be the best way, they ought to be impartial and credible. They will have an interest and/or duty. Is the garage theirs or private property? If it's in a block and they own some they will still have the potential to suffer damage from the water. The same goes for the allotment 'n its plumbing.

They will have surveillance eqpt of their own for asbo'ing the chavs & vandals so it wouldn't be a lot of effort for them either.

I have a fair few old pests by me also.You do have to take care the Law likes to side with them.I would install a camera out side to catch him.Show it him and tell him to get lost.There are some small cheap ones with battery power from China on Web you can Buy.

The council are trying to kick me out of my garages due to complaints from the miserable *******s that live near by. and i don't even make any noise lmao.

I also have a lock up one.They seem to keep adding rules.I do not even use it hardly.The small cheap cameras are a good idea they can be used in car with baterys or home on a transfomer that comes with it.Wireless to.Some of these old folks have nothing better to do.
