UJ's I imagine its for an internal gearshift mechanism,.

I'll be very interesting to see how he does it, as I have a similar plan.

Turbo shhmurbo...Supercharging is the way forward...go on, you know you want to!! Although I have to agree the power from a turbo is very addictive..

well is tripped rest of the parts of my mini today, and the body shop guy came and colelcted her, he said i could have it back in 2-3 weeks, but ive had to make it longer as my parents are moving house, so im getting it delivered to my new house the weekend after we move in, which means ive had to pack all my parts up, its mad how much stuff i have that all needs to go back into the car, most of it wont be goign back in liek teh orginal seats, im thinking kirkeys, and im also thinkign about perspex windows as well, but who knows that stuff wont be happenign till next year as i dotn get teh car back till december now.

i cant wait though, its gonna be lovely to be working on a freshly paint shell, and building her back up slow time, but i do know what im gonna spend my xmas leave doing, and thats building her back up, aim is to have the car water tight by the new year and have most of teh electrical work done, so all ti leaves me with is the engine to change and the interia to do :)

new work shop is massive cant wait to get the mini in there, its like a massive double garage, plus weve got a barn as well, were it looks like they have taken engines out of tractors as theres rope wrapped round the top wooden beam, so should be strong enougth for a mini engine, ill just permantly borrow a winch from work :)

i got some pics ill up load later when i get back to base

but on the upside i have everything to rebuild it already in boxes ready to be putt together

plan of action rebuild car to pass an mot and then slap some road tax on it, next thing ill do is all the things i want to do like fixing new seats running cables inside the car and what not and fitting th big engine :)
