Then i got a Fiesta mk3. That lasted 10 months before the petrol tank fell off.
Then i moved to bikes for 14 months. A Kawasaki ER-5.
Then i got a 1999 Ford Escort. The rear suspension collapsed on that so i scrapped it.
Then my dad gave me his Peugeot 406 Estate. That blew its turbo at 140k.
Then i went halves on a brand new Fiat Grande Punto with the ex. Shes got that now.
Then i bought my Mini! Best car ive ever owned!

1st mini, my 93 (Herb)
2nd mini, bronze clubby
1st normal car, '96 honda civic 1.4i was alright actualy.
Then i got the clubby on the road n sold the civic
bought my 3rd mini, my rally car
clubby broke down
2nd normal car my Volvo 460...really comfortable, drove ok, heated seats!
Bought my Peugeot 106 GTI
twitted the curb in the volvo and scrapped that...
and now the 106 is my daily, The rally is my weekend toy(if it were taxed) my clubby is about rebuilt ready to be sold and my '93 isnt ever going to be sold because it was my 1st car/mini etc so thats laid up at the moment, poor thing

That was in 1962, so it was then nearly 30 years old and kept breaking half-shafts.
So I sold it the following year for £5 and sensibly got a second hand mini 850 for £130*
