meh pay first appeal later :-
its probably always been a 30
but if i appeal it goes to court and i could get atleast 6 points and a £1000 fine so not really worth the risk haha

talking about this course thing, my dad got caught speeding once, cant remember the speed he was doing, but he went on this course only to be told he was still getting points at the end of it, at which point he lost his rag and stormed out :/

if it is a 30 there is no point appealing because as you say if you get 6 points you loose you license and its a bigger fine i would probably just pay it if i was you and take it as a lesson learned

No fun,but you have done well for these days for points and fines.They started putting many wide safe Duel C. Ways from 40-30mph some years ago.Many get caught.Solihull Warwick rd. was very early.Know it is full of flashing signs and cameras,Lode lane is the same.So if you travel my way watch out.Loads of 20mph and humps on humps,no good for any car or fuel.If you had been doing 150mph you could have been on telly and enough points for a free F1 training coarse.

Was pulled the other day for doing excessive speeds on a dual carriageway (the link road between Crayford and Dartford tunnel) and was getting the lecture of speed is dangerous and I could have caused injury to myself if the car had crashed and that time of day nobody would have found me for hours (3am) and think they was going to book me but they got a call in about a major incident and told me it was my lucky day that someone elsewhere had been a bigger idiot and not to be caught again.
One big sigh of relief as managed to keep the licence clean.

I got pulled over last week because there had been alot of houses being broken into in that area recently. aka they say me with 3 of my mates in the fiesta saw the body kit n alloys n thought nob head (and there half right, if not completely right) in all fairness its was like 12.30 at night but i was just dropping my mates off home after a couple drinks in town. they didnt check my license or breathalise me just checked my insurance and name n shot off.
tbf i thought id been speeding cause they were right up my arse for abit in an unmarked car so i was ******* myself aha

still ******* me off cause i was stood in the cold for about 30 mins :|

Cousing got caught speeding on his ped , thought it was by a static camera - considering they are front facing , wouldnt have seen his reg :s
We think it was a gun thing and he had the chance to pay the fine and get the 3 points or go on the course , he went on the course.
Hopefully the course is still available because its not that fair , not saying that speed is good but sometimes people are mistaken.

This is how I read it;

Congratulations above posters, you're lack of respect for the law is some what appealing, I like to avoid the law as well. Once on my motorbike I was being chased by the Police, I didn't stop and let them pursue me, I dismounted and pushed my vehicle into an alley way where they couldn't reach me in their patrol car, I made a rude gesture and rode off feeling all cocky, little did I know that it's quite easy for a Police office to trace my vehicle's number plate back to the registered keeper, in this case me, and give me a stern talking too which I most rightly deserved. In this day and age to combat such stupidity Police Officers are using Subaru cars, they're quite fast (debatable) and I can't get away from them as easily, (something about cocaine deals? really?) I have NOZ (Nitrous Oxide, DavidV, check this for a leak mate?) in the boot which leaves them behind when they pursue so now they can't get hold of my cocaine. Love Star-Wars, ignore everything I just said, and drive safely kids, There is a legal speed limit in place to protect all road users and pedestrians, don't speed. Cheers.

All good road runner fun.I have to watch out for some Evos,not much else.Some mates defected to them.The thing is the law have every number and owner first on rally cars so you have to go slow ish..Changing plates helps a bit. like James bond on an under cover mission.I live next door to a station so it helps and its blue.Grade 6 is a good car for a go.To be honest i only love 0-100 mph at my age.Lost the top end thrill seeing mates wrote off.I had more fun in my minis when young so stick with you all on a good classic motor.Its got four doors and a big boot so a good old mans toy.Had the old bird since 1998 so the cost has been a bit much on baby.Think i am going for the high miles record on one to with the rebuilds and mods.ITs only the 2ltr model.I even wear police clothes so i do not get stopped on a run.Tesco club card is good enough for most pulls.When they invented the Moss car Alarm i could do a ton down the hard shoulder in a rush.then bought a black estate,Damiler Hurst no one looked in the coffin for killer drugs.Ambulance to for fast runs no bother even with red lights.An EMERGENCY SERVICE for the A-Team.LOLS.
SPEED PURE KILLS :)
