unmarked dual carriageways are 70. singles 60.

Nope.

If its an unmarked carage way, and there is just a painted line in the middle, its 60. be it single, dual or tripple, still 60.
If its an unmarked carage way, and there is a divide such as a kerb, wire, armco, which can deflect your car away from on comeing traffic, its 70.

that'll be a single carriageway... with lots of lanes, but a single nonetheless. The central reservation makes it "dual" (hence no special category for "triple" 3-lanes).

If you bothered to read the link i put up 2 posts after that statement, you'd have seen that...

Terms get confused, but we are both right in that case, as we are saying the same thing

When driving its best to use full radar detector and black box jammer incase a speeding police car trys to jam or stop you in a rush. They damage you managment system. With a mini just say you speedo flaps all over the place so you guess the speed and it seems faster in a small car. When they stop you thank them and offer them a go in it to check, worked for me once on the gun. Most do not take an honest bribe unless they are on there own.Ask if you can use the points to save at fuel garage on a tank full.

I shouldn't need to remind any of you that TEXT SPEAK is not allowed on this forum.

i got pulled a few months bk for driveing with no insurance (thulght i was coverd on minis policy turns out i wasnt) i exsplaned that i phoned to check with my insurance and thay said it was fine but mr plod checked his pc and it came up that i wasnt coverd so i said to take it to cort but have herd nothing bk yet so i think iv gotten away with it.

i got cault speeding last year doing 55 in a 30 it went to cort and all i got was a £115 fine and 4 points only because i pleded guilty but i wouldnt advise takeing that action if it can be avoided

I wouldn't count on it, they have 6 months from the date of the offence to get a court date for your case. If it's been longer than that, you should be ok.

as soon as i passed my test (about 6 months ago) i went home got insured and went for my first independent drive. About 5 mins in i nearly got done for speeding doing 40 in a 30. thankfully my volkswagen brakes brought me down to speed in time and i never heard back from them. but that was a real eye opener 'just because you've passed your test doesn't mean you own the road now and can drive like a d***' I consider myself a safe driver (especially in comparison to everyone else around here) honestly some people think they can fly...

i got caught speeding doing 65km in a 50km zone .

the cop pulled me over , i tried to turn the car off as quick as i can (less noise ) , he asked me y i was speeding and i said the the car is old and the speedo is moving allover the place .

. he had a quick look round the car and it was good that he did not want to look under the bonnet . with the supercharger on it . you have to go and get it safety certed here . and i have not had time but i still had a wof ( mot) so it was all good ,

anyway only got a $80 fine and 25 points . but good he did not look to hard it woudl have been more

im in new zealand , the do crak down on teenagers but with the mini i never get picked on not like jappers round here
