i had one of these c278 ghl, i fitted it with a genuine cooper 's' engine stage 3 spec, it was damn quick!!

this site says that it has details of every limited edition mini...............well it doesent because the mini 1100 special isnt mentioned anywhere on this site, and that car is the one that started it all off really, they do mention the mini 1000 special which was the worse special edition thet BL ever did and they rave about it as if it was the best mini ever made!!!!!
