You do know if you keep polishing it so much you won't have any paint left? Polish it and then stick some decent wax over the top and you don't need to keep polishing. Just wash and quick top up with QD (Quick Detailer) and it will look exactly the same as it does now (maybe a bit deeper though). Trust me you won't have any paint left at this rate!

I didnt actually polish 
Just gave it a good wash. I've got 2 layers of meguiars wax ontop of the polish. The only panel I polished was the front left quarter since It had been touched up with the tottally wrong colour touch up paint so I rubbed the crap paint down which obviously removed the SRP and wax.
