I think 7 is going to be V heavy on the steering side adn also getting tyres to fit!!
Thanks, thats what i was thinking, il have a look at making the arches a little smaller. Sorry to go off topic.

the door step is welded in and i have blended out the welds and most of the prep is done on the c pillar i just have to cut my shell now!
oh yeah the wheels are 7 inches wide.
im not exactly worried about the heavy steering, the steering wheel i am using is only going to be 280mm and i am going to run about 4 or 5 degrees of castor angle.
im gonna look like a monkey with massive arms!
good job i think it will be my weekend car instead of every day!
i dont think it will be too difficult to make the arches smaller, because they have no real edge to the as long as the cut runs parralel to the origional edge you should be ok!
cheers wilcooper, i will have a load more pictures at the weekend!

i also poked a hole in the wheel arch and it went right through so i have cut that out and shaped a repair section so i just have to weld that in.
then its just a case of a whole lot of grinding on the welds on the under side and the c pillar to go and the drivers side is done!
