it would be very cool! if you could cut section out the floor build a box for it and havt it coming out just in front of the rear wheel, problem would be floor strength and also seating is spost to go there, also the box built into the floor would have to be quite big for the back box section and heat, heat wrap woul solve that tho

yeah side exit would be cool but it would take loads of work to get it to look right, im going to play about and see what i can do, if not i will cut something into the valence.

ive just popped in for a tea break, im cutting out the rear arches at the moments, its a bit worrying to say the least. :)

cutting those rear arches out had to be done, i will be able to run about an inch lower than i would have done without!

im going to have to get some steel sheet rolled for my so i can weld it back in, i will order that monay or tuesday. im also only going to do a side at a time as i dont want to cut too much metal away so its too weak!

well here you go this is a realsitic shot now, will give about 20mm of travel until the tyre hits the inner arch so that will be about the right height that i will run.

BBB

to make the trolly i went to the local scrap yard and got a load of steel box section, id say its about 25mm square, then i welded a rectangle roughly the same size as the floor plan.

i then got some casters from a mate and made some legs so it was about the right height to work on, welded these on and then just placed the car on it, its not attached in anyway, does move about a bit so i spose you could bolt it on or something.

Cheers buddy, need to get both subbies off Rab before he goes for paint.
