Yea, I rang Quantum to ask how much they were and to find out some other details (they can be rebuild as coil overs!), the guy is on holiday at the moment, got to speak to him when he gets back. Was hard finding any reviews/info on them other than from the company though!

Buy the most expensive dampers you can afford without question.

My bro's mini runs some very trick 2 way adjustable Nitron dampers (500quid a corner) and the ride is just unreal, i've never known anything like it.

my new mini soon has a KAD braking bias box (thanksfully already set) iv not actualy driven it yet so im not sure how its going to feel...there better than those twiddly little jobbies you have next to u in the car tho

Ive got one of the kad bias setups as well, seems to work, but i could probably do with reducing one if not both cylinders.

im going for a complete internal pedal box on mine, machining a billet set myself hopefully, but i will be running a seperate knob to adjust it. seen them used before without a problem!

i would love a set of mega dampers but they are something i just cant afford, i am going to use the motorsport avo dampers that are in demon tweeks, altough i have just seen the trakspax ones advertised in mini world this month but still £1k is a lot on dampers!

cheers glad you spent the time reading it, i like to have a read every so often, it takes a while!



i am over not winning the dash now, because i just found out it wouldnt have fitted with my cage anyway, so just saved myseld a load of money by not winning it.

i havent got an update really, i didnt get my everyda car mot'd as the garage was busy so hopefully i will get taht done tommorrow and i can finally concentrate on my car and bulding the garage!

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY it passed, went stright through and the tester said it was a very nicely maintained car!!

now i have finished with that car i get get back onto the real on, except its raining so i cant! bloody weather!

its taking a while to do, i have to lay a new base for it and also a new base for the green house to keep mummy happy :P >_<

its a good thing as i havent been working on the car i have got loads of enthusiasm and ideas again for it so as soon as it in the dry i will get going.

tents not really my style i think it would go up in flames!

like everything i do i have to get it done right!
