Small Update, been quite busy.

Got the roof down to bare metal due to blisters in the old paint, the roof it just about ready for some self etching high build primer.

The engine has the head on all torqued down valve clearances set, transfer casing is off and just needs the box splitting before a replacement is fitted.

Started on the boot lid filling some small dents(shopping trolleys )









Got 2 new Genuine Moulton suspension cones for the front as one has collapsed



Will eventually replace the rears which are not in to bad condition..

Out of curiosity, wasnt the car originally a flame red mini, red with white roof, re-painted white and black, was it?

No originally it was Diamond white including the roof, what makes you say that ?

Looks really good Dan. The engine looks smashing. I'm looking forward to making mine look a bit better but I'm still at the body!
