1.75" system with something like a 2" exit is always nice, RC40, Maniflow etc

Don't get a 'large bore' exhaust

"Without a doubt, the optimum set-up on a small-bore engine is the standard plastic filter case with half-a-dozen three-quarter-inch holes drilled in it and using a K&N element." keith calver

he has carried out various tests which show the standard casing with holes and k&N element out performs the cone filters.
worth a read http://www.calverst.com/cc110f.htm

ive went for an rc40 single box on mine. http://www.minispare...id=34777&title=
would recommend it

i am keen for the single box set up as my middle box drags over the speedbumps into work, site security dont like it either!

how must louder is a single box sytem!

i have a std pea shooter on mine currently and at 3500 revs on motorway ect you cant talk to passengers!

Maniflow do a nice 1.75" system for the estates. I bought the twin box version from Mini Spares. It does hang a bit low, but that might be down to my fitting rather than anything else.

cheers danny means alot :)

do i remeber reading somewhere before that you are Notts way?

they are just the normal reverse rims that were an optional extra on early drum brake minis! they are 10 x 4.5 i think. nothing special about them! i think the colour makes them look more dished, and the cooper s disks and spaced at the rear gives it a fair amount of poke ;)

MOT man passed it like that so all is well!

Got some work to do on noddy tonight!

Touch up a chip on the back door! And repaint the inside lip on my rear wheel arch! Hence the need for adjustable dampers, needs to be stiffer :)
